Use of Essential Oils 101

Are you skeptical about essential oils? With all my education, I was skeptical too…but I was wrong!

Essential oils can be used to support the immune system, reduce stress, curb sugar cravings, increase energy, maintain a healthy weight, increase focus and attention, help with snoring, upset stomach, respiratory support, hormone imbalance, and MORE!

Here are some examples:

For Immune System Support (can be used daily to support wellness) Lemon, OnGuard, and Frankincense (put 20 drops of each in a roller ball and top with fractionated coconut oil)   recipes
