Use of Essential Oils 101
Are you skeptical about essential oils? With all my education, I was skeptical too…but I was wrong!
Essential oils can be used to support the immune system, reduce stress, curb sugar cravings, increase energy, maintain a healthy weight, increase focus and attention, help with snoring, upset stomach, respiratory support, hormone imbalance, and MORE!
Here are some examples:
For Immune System Support (can be used daily to support wellness) – Lemon, OnGuard, and Frankincense (put 20 drops of each in a roller ball and top with fractionated coconut oil) recipes
To Support the Immune System (use this when you’ve been exposed to someone who’s been sick or when you aren’t feeling well) – Lemon, OnGuard, Frankincense, and Oregano (put 20 drops of each in a roller ball and top with fractionated coconut oil) recipe
