  • 1 Teaspoon
    Olive Oil (warmed)
  • 1 Drop
    Lavender
  • 1 Drop
    Chamomile

Instructions

  1. Blend oils, soak cotton ball in blend, and plug each with cotton. Be sure oil does not get down into ear canal.
