Sleepy Time Lotion

Do you have trouble winding down at night? You don’t have to stare at that ceiling until 2 a.m. You can use this homemade sleep lotion recipe, to help calm your mind and body.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup
    Beeswax
  • 1/4 Cup
    Shea Butter
  • 1/4 Cup
    Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup
    Sweet Almond Oil
  • 1/2 Cup
    Jojoba Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Vitamin E Oil
  • 50 Drops
    Lavender Essential Oil
  • 30 Drops
    Chamomile Essential Oil
  • 10 Drops
    Vetiver Essential Oil
  • 1/4 Cup
    Arrowroot Powder / Cornstarch

Ultra-Moisture Lotion

This recipe is used as a lotion. In the container, the final product feels more like a thick body butter versus a pump lotion. Once spread on the skin it acts as an amazing moisturizing lotion.

Ingredients
  • 4 Ounces
    Shea Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons
    skin-nourishing oil
  • 10 - 20 Drops
    Lavender Essential Oil
  • 5 Drops
    Rosemary
  • 3 Drops
    Carrot Seed Oil
  • 3 Drops
    Tea Tree Oil

Vanilla Healthy Lotion

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup
    apricot seed oil, castor oil, jojoba, grapeseed or olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Coconut Oil
  • 1 Ounce
    grated beeswax
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Shea Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Vanilla Extract

Wake Me Up! Morning Shower

After you get the hot water going, place 1 drop each of the following oils on the shower floor, in front of where you stand. The combination of the steam and the essential oil is invigorating and revitalizing!
