Ingredients

  • 12 Drops
    Mandarin
  • 10 Drops
    Lavender
  • 3 Drops
    Geranium
  • 1 Drop
    Rose

Instructions

  1. Combine oils in a 1/6 oz (5 ml) glass bottle. Shake well to blend.

  2. In the Bath

    Fill your tub with water at your desired temperature.

    In a small non-reactive bowl combine:

    • 1 tsp milk
    • 6 to 10 drops of your PMS blend

    Add to tub and agitate to blend. Soak for 30 minutes or more.

    Massage any floating droplets into your skin.

    In a Massage

    In a small non reactive bowl add:

    • 2 tsp of your favorite carrier oil (argan, coconut,sesame, sweet almond, jojoba, grapeseed, macadamia)
    • 6-10 drops of the PMS blend

    Mix well and massage firmly over your body. Apply up to two times daily
