Ingredients

  • 30 Drops
    grounding blend
  • 30 Drops
    calming blend
  • 15 Drops
    Vetiver

Instructions

  1. Place oils in a 10ml roller bottle.

  2. Fill the reminder of the fractionated coconut oil.

  3. Shake well to blend the oils.

  4. Roll on feet, back of neck, behind ears, and on wrist.
