A calming nights sleep is achieved by using:

  • Ylang Ylang; reduce anxiety, relaxes muscles, and quiet the mind
  • Orange; reduce anxiety, ease stress, and soothing
  • Lavender; reduce anxiety, supports sleep, and calming emotional balance

Ingredients

  • 2 Drops
    Ylang Ylang
  • 7 Drops
    Wild Orange
  • 3 Drops
    Lavender

Instructions

  1. Place a 1 oz spray bottle, top with distilled water. Shake well and spray on pillow and sheets prior or going to bed.
