Oil of the week – Ginger

Here are My Top 8 Ways to Use Ginger Oil:

1. Airsickness, Carsickness or Boat Sickness – Place 20 drops of frankincense and 20 drops of ginger in a 10ml glass roller ball and then top it off with fractionated coconut oil. Rub the blend around the ears before traveling and during, as needed. I always keep this blend with me when I travel.
2. Nausea – Rub 1 drop of Ginger oil with a bit of fractionated coconut oil over the stomach.
3. A Nagging Cough – Rub 1 drop Ginger and 1 drop Marjoram diluted with a bit of fractionated coconut oil over the lungs.
4. Inflammation – Rub 1 drop of Ginger and 1 drop of Frankincense on the bottoms of the feet daily.
5. Vertigo – Rub 1 drop Ginger diluted with a bit of fractionated coconut oil around the ears 2x daily.
