Stress Less Blend #16
Stress Relief
Stress Relief is another one of my absolute FAVORITE diffuser blends!! The combination of eucalyptus and spearmint smells amazing! And it has great therapeutic benefits that I often need this time of year.
- eucalyptus to clear and focus my mind
- spearmint for a energy and an uplifting, can-do attitude
Summer in the Alps
This diffuser blend has that sort of fresh European luxury to it which reminds us of our favorite goat mild soap. We would imagine that Heidi’s home in the Swiss Alps smells like this.

Sunscreen Lotion Bars
Keep in fridge until ready to use. These do melt, so when I take them on the go, I like to put them in a 4 ounce mason jar or ziploc bag.

Sweet Digestion Belly Butter
Have you ever experienced a tight, uncomfortable belly after eating cold foods (like ice cream) in winter? Cardamom essential oil is so helpful for that . . . and any time you feel bloated because you’ve eaten a bit too much.
In Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit, Gabriel Mojay says Cardamom essential oil is “. . . a general tonic of the body’s vital energy, and its principle use lies in the treatment of digestive complaints . . .”
One of my favorite ways to use it is in a light body butter that you can rub on your belly and low back. Here’s a blend you can use before or after eating (or both!).
Sweet Summer Perfume
Reminiscent of blissful summer days, Sweet Summer is a relaxing and soothing blend with a light floral aroma, complemented by hints of spice and sage. A dab of this effervescent fragrance is just the thing to cheer you up on those cold, wintry days!
