Immune Support Sleep Remedy Spray

We all know that sleep is so important when you have a cold or flu, to give your body time to recover. But it’s often hard to sleep when you’re congested or coughing. This spray can be so helpful!


Ingredients

  • 5 Drops
    Roman Chamomile
  • 5 Drops
    Cedarwood
  • 5 Drops
    Lavender
  • 5 Drops
    Frankincense

Instructions

  1. Place oils in 2 oz spray bottle and fill with water. Shake well before each use.

  2. Spray liberally under your pillow and on top of the sheets right before bed.
