Camphoraceous Cardamom Massage Oil

Here’s a recipe that brings out Cardamom essential oil’s camphoraceous notes by pairing it with herbaceous scents like Spike Lavender and Rosemary. It’s made in a 2 oz (60 ml) glass bottle.

Immune Foot Rub

How to use essential oil immune-support foot rub

  • We apply a pea-sized amount to the bottom of each foot and rub it in. Covering with socks is optional.
  • We apply this to our feet at bedtime.
  • When others around us are sick, we apply both morning and night.
  • We also do this extra morning dose before and during potentially stressful events like traveling, holidays, big tests, and hectic times at work.
