Oil Drops of Wisdom – Eucalyptus
Snow is falling, which means it’s officially winter. This week we will spotlight one of my favorite essential oils to use during the winter months, dōTERRA Eucalyptus. Eucalyptus has many benefits, but my favorite is that it can help promote feelings of relaxation and clear breathing.
As the season changes to winter, the air becomes filled with unwanted pathogens. Use dōTERRA Eucalyptus to help with the transition into the colder months. Place two drops Eucalyptus oil directly onto the shower floor while you are showering. The steam from the water will create a natural diffuser for the Eucalyptus oil, leaving you with a clear, invigorated feeling. Or try diffusing 2 drops of dōTERRA Eucalyptus with 2 drops of Tangerine and 1 drop of Lime to promote clear airways and to fill your home with a relaxing aroma with the added benefit of uplifting your emotions and clearing your mind.
