Today I challenge to you to continue taking your daily supplements (LifeLong Vitality Supplements) and add Lemon or Grapefruit oil to your water. Remember to include half your weight in ounces of water each day.

Then I would like to challenge you to add a new food supplement to your diet: curb your cravings tea.

Kill sweet cravings with this cup of tea!

As we transition to a new life style, we need to curb those cravings and train our bodies into a more healthy way of eating. The small little cup of tea will help.  Start by using Tazo Tea, I prefer the Vanilla Rooibos Parfait flavor.  You should be able to find it in most grocery stores or Starbucks.  Steep a bag of tea in hot water for about 45 minutes to make it strong.  Add about two tablespoon coconut milk or full-fat cream coconut milk.  Add a teaspoon to a tablespoon of natural sweetener, raw honey or maple syrup for a bold taste. Stir completely and enjoy!  As rooibos has so many health benefits, I normally have this after each meal/snack to increase my fullness and help support your digestive system as Rooibos contains flavonoids which aid with cramps and indigestion in your gut as your body adjust to the new life style.  This tea will aid in helping your body reduce inflammation.
